Use the search bar at the top of any page or browse through our categorized collections for a guided experience.

2. Can I save products to review later?

Yes. You can use the “Add to Wishlist” feature on any product page to save items for future reference.

3. How do I know if an item is in stock?

Product availability is displayed on each product page. If the item is in stock, an “Add to Cart” button will be available. If not, you may be prompted to receive a back-in-stock notification.

4. Do I need an account to shop?

No, guest checkout is available. However, having an account allows for faster checkout, order tracking, and access to exclusive member offers.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. Certain products may be excluded; please refer to our full return policy.

2. How do I initiate a return?

Follow the return instructions included in your order confirmation or visit the Returns page on our website. A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned item.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item was incorrect or defective, imprizo covers return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Can I request an exchange?

Yes. We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors when available. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
